I started Ananta because the people who need healthcare the most are the ones whose records get lost the soonest — moved between cities, switched between hospitals, written on paper that fades.
A lifetime medical record is not a luxury feature. It's the difference between a doctor treating you in 30 minutes versus 3 hours, between a flagged drug interaction and a preventable hospitalisation, between a family in panic and a family that knows.
Ananta is built so that every person — regardless of what they earn, where they live, or how many hospitals they've been to — gets the same standard of remembered care that the wealthy have always taken for granted. That's the entire point.

The patient. Always. Every record is stored under the patient's control with cryptographically signed consent grants. We are stewards, not owners.
Every patient can export their full lifetime record as a signed FHIR R4 Bundle at any time — readable by any FHIR-aware system. We commit to a 90-day shutdown notice and an open data export. Your records do not die with us.
Keycloak-based identity with role-based access control. Doctors verify medical registration on onboarding. Every access — view, export, share — is logged and visible to the patient.
Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Audit logs for every action. Granular consent. No data sold or shared without explicit, time-bounded patient grants. SOC 2 Type II in progress; ISO 27001 audit scheduled.
Doctor access is revoked immediately. Records the doctor has already seen are not retroactively deleted from their notes (clinical-legal requirement), but no further reads occur. The patient sees a full revocation log.
Open standards mean we don't lock data in. Our moat is execution: cleanest FHIR mapping in the Indian market, AI OCR that handles handwritten Rx, and a doctor experience that saves 30 minutes per first visit. Lock-in via love, not lock-in via hostage data.
